Warnings

Do not heat individual Gel Packs for more than 30 seconds. Excessive heating may cause Gel Packs to leak. This product should not be used by people who are sensitive to temperature extremes, such as those with circulatory problems, diabetes, nerve damage or paralysis. Do not sit, lean against or lie down on the Gel Pack, since breakage and/or cause of leak could result. Consult your physician regarding use on children. Use as directed. Do not eat gel.
