Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returned items without a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted. Returns are only available for items billed and shipped to the same address. There is a 15% restocking fee for all jewelry and for all returns.

JewelryNest customizes our jewelry. If you'd like to create a custom piece of jewelry, please contact us using the contact us or at 1-516-569-9267. All of the rings that JewelryNest sells can have your custom inscription put on them. Please note that any items with a customer inscription can not be returned for a refund.

Gift items shipped to a different location than the billing address can not be returned, they can only be exchanged with in 30 days of purchase.

Once we receive your return item (within 30 days of the delivered date and received back date) and verify the condition of your return item, we will issue a credit for your full purchase price to the same account/credit/charge card you used to make the original purchase excluding shipping and handling charges. JewelryNest will refund shipping and handling costs only if the return is a result of JewelryNest's error. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Please call your credit card issuer to verify credit posting.
