If you are dissatisfied with any item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, accompanied by the original packing slip/invoice, for a full refund.
Items deemed unacceptable will be returned to you at your expense (see the NOTE below).
To return an item, you must use the return address label from your original packing slip/invoice.

(3) items returned to us in poor condition [broken spine, crimped or marked pages, not clean or with broken software seal(s)]
(4) items returned after the specified return period (30 days).
The credit will be issued to your credit card, less the shipping and handling charge. It may take up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
