Return Policy Our Guarantee - Songster Charms will replace any defective or damaged bracelet or charm, with the same bracelet or charm within the first 30 days. Please make sure you keep your customer receipt and contact us by email before returning items. All returned items must have a Return Authorization Number clearly displayed on the package or envelope. We will assign this number for you when you contact us. Unauthorized returns will be refused at shippers expense. For items not damaged or defective, exchanges may be made within 7 days of purchase. Items must unused and undamaged in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse items if we feel they have been used. In store credit or gift certificate will be issued minus initial shipping costs. No cash refunds will be given.
