This lightweight aluminum attic stairway is designed to provide access to additional storage space. It uses a gas cylinder instead of traditional springs to ease the force needed to open and close the attic stairway and eliminates door slamming. Wider clearance is created with the new design providing greater access to your storage space. Adjustable shoes are included to ensure a perfect fit with any flooring type. Installation kit with E-Z Hang straps is also included. This model fits ceiling rough openings of 25.5in x 54in and covers ceiling heights from 7'9" to 10'.

Adjustable feet allow for a custom fit to accommodate ceiling heights from 7 feet 9 inches to 10 feet max and have rubber treads to prevent slipping. Heavy duty hinges at rail joints limit side to side movement. Fully insulated door void is included to help reduce energy costs. "Full Grip" hand rail provides support while climbing. Installation kit with E-Z Hang Support Straps is also included.
