Amco Dual Timer, Brushed Nickel If you're like most busy cooks, you have more than one project going at once - a cake in the oven and something simmering on the stovetop. Keeping time of this multi-tasking is our unique dual timer, a retro looking device with two dials. One is a 60-minute timer, the other a 20-minute timer - set it to go off every 15 seconds for those shorter, more crucial matters like beating delicate egg whites or browning something quickly under the broiler. The dials set at an angle for easier viewing as you work.
