If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of items “In as received condition” (unworn, unwashed, unused), or defective merchandise for a store credit of the original purchase price within 30 days of shipment date. Please contact us for a return authorization number within 3 days of receiving your order. With the Return Authorization, you can return your merchandise for a store credit / refund less shipping costs and restocking fees. There are no refunds unless the item is damaged beyond repair. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received and the RA #. Exceptions Merchandise over $300: These are high quality and special order in the size and color you choose. Returns displaying signs of wear, alteration such as sizing or engraving (by a jeweler other than LaMonir), or damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return. Used merchandise cannot be returned including defective items. Any returns or exchanges post marked after 5 days of receipt date and or missing a return authorization number will be subject to a reduced credit / refund as well if not in its original packaging, in salable condition and/or if the merchandise has been marked down in the intervening time period. All fragrance and cosmetics returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued. A re-stocking fee will apply to all returns of large and/or heavy items. Once you have the Return Authorization: On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price toward another LaMonir purchase, or receive a refund. LaMonir is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items, therefore we urge you to insure all returns. When a gift is returned, a LaMonir merchandise credit gift card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise (less shipping, handling and restocking fee). Note for returns All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price unless the item is defective or damaged.
