At Zia Moda, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, within 30 days of receipt you may exchange, replace or credit your purchase when it is returned in a saleable condition.

~ If you would like to return an item for any reason (you are not completely satisfied or you received a wrong item) you may return it within 30 days of your receipt.
~ Simply email us at customerservice@ziamoda.com indicating the reason for the exchange or return for refund. Please include your original order number and request a Return Authorization if you will be returning the merchandise.
~ The item must be returned in original saleable condition. For your security, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Zia Moda LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
~ After we have received your return and processed it, you will be refunded for the cost of the items and any applicable sales tax. Please note that shipping and gift wrap charges are not refundable. Your should see your refund within one or two billing cycles on your credit card statement.
