Pros: Compact, elegant -- and, of course, it's a Mac. A fine machine.
Cons: Could be small for some users. Plastic case could be damaged with rough handling.
The Bottom Line: This is a well-put together, handsome and reliable Mac notebook that would meet the needs of most users very well.

Pros: Great pricing on older models, plays DVDs well, works great for wireless internet browsing.
Cons: Speakers are very poor, visible damage on most used models, not powerful enough for games.
The Bottom Line: A good new laptop yesterday makes a great deal used today. If you need a laptop and don't require maximum power the iBook G4 is worth a look.
