We offer to adjust sizable watch bands to your requested size within original band length.
Sizing Instructions:
If the watch you want to order has a re-sizable bracelet or metal band, you may ask us to adjust its size. Please measure your wrist, using a soft ruler or measuring tape. This is your wrist size. Then, depending on how loose you like to wear your watch, you may want to add the appropriate amount to this size.
For example, if your wrist measures 7 inches, and you like to wear your watch a little loose, then you would ask us to size the watch to 7.25 inches. If you like wear your watch very loose, might ask us to size the watch to 7.5 inches. Likewise, if you like to wear your watch tight on your wrist, you might asked us to size it right at 7 inches.
Important:
All removed band parts will be included and shipped with your watch.
In some cases we may need an extra day before shipping.
This service is available only at the time you place you order (please select the size you want from the drop-down menu when you place the item in your shopping cart).
Leather/rubber bands or bangle bracelets are not sizable.
If the sizing option does not go large enough for you wrist size, it means that particular watch it not made that large from the manufacturer. In some cases, we are able to add extra links for you. Please contact customer service with the watch model to see if extra links are available. Please note that there may be additional charges to add extra links to your watch.

Return Policy Watch Return Policy
All watches are shipped with a return seal. If this seal is removed, damaged, or manipulated, return is void. This seal MUST be present and unaltered for any returns.
If you suspect that your watch may be somehow defective, please notify BlueDial.com immediately. Do not attempt to repair the watch yourself or by anyone else.
ALL returns must have a return authorization before being returned to us. Requests for RMA must be made within 15 days of order shipment, and return back to us no later than 6 days after an RMA been issued.
Watches may not be worn, used, sized or altered in any way. Watches showing any sign of wear can not be returned.
All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee + $14.50 shipping charge. The 5% fee will be waived on watches returned for exchange for an item of equal or greater value.
Watches with proven factory defects will be replaced. If replacement is no longer available you will be refunded in full. This does not include items damaged due to abuse, misuse, owners neglect to follow correct operating instructions, or water/condensation damage.
Picture or description discrepancies on our web site are not considered defects and are not taken in to consideration for returns.
Out of the box visual defects MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise a restocking fee may apply to cover the damage.
All returns must include non-damaged packaging (preferably unopened) and be in resalable condition, containing all original contents (parts, instruction manuals...). Otherwise, additional restocking fees may apply.
All shipping charges are not refundable.
Watches which have been sized (by anyone other than BlueDial) are not returnable.
Freight charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer. |
