All returned products must be shipped in the same or comparable shipping box to guarantee the return in sellable condition. If the customer selects to ship the product back in which the product is smashed and/or not resalable due to the type of shipping method they selected, NothingButSoftware.com will not be held liable nor responsible for crediting the customer for the return.
