Miles is a young and talented artist, graduating from the University of Minneapolis with a BFA. He is the youngest recipient of the Minnesota State Arts Board Grant in 2009. He has had group shows at Open Sky Events, Weisman Art Museum, The Gallery at Fox Tax, Carmichael Lynch, Quarter Gallery, and The Fallout Gallery in Minneapolis. Miles was able to sell all of his pieces in his senior show, and continues to sell his art.
