A48-233911Auto Meter has added the trademark large Shift-Lite to these Auto gage tachometers. with Dial-In-Exactness . The Shift-Lite on model #233911 can be removed from the shock strap and mounted in a convenient location for the optimum viewing angle while driving. Dial-In-Exactness uses the tach pointer to set the desired RPM shift point. The bright amber light signals when the shift point is reached for quick response shifting. Works on most 4, 6, 8 Cylinder Engines with standard electronic ignitions most aftermarket ignitions. May not work on all distributor-less (DIS) style ignitions as packaged. Special calibration or adaptor may be required for installation.
