Return Policy
All returns have to be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. To request an RGA, please contact us at (888) 251-1214 or send an email to help@partstrain.com with the following informaiton:

  • Parts Train Order Number found on packing slip
  • Your email address
  • Reason for Return
  • Upon submission of the form you will be emailed with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.

    Damage Shipment Returns
    In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive an item that was damaged from shipping, we will arrange to have the part picked up and replaced immediately. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item by submitting the form below. Because filing damage claims with freight carriers are time sensitive, we cannot accept damages reported after 48 hours. To request an RGA, please contact us at (888) 251-1214 or send an email to help@partstrain.com with the following informaiton:

  • Parts Train Order Number found on packing slip
  • Your email address
  • Details (Please describe the damage. Be very specific and include part numbers if necessary.)
  • Please identify whether or not you would like a replacement part to be send or not
  • Upon submission of the form you will be emailed with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.
