This Duct Booster fan is designed to increase the  flow of heated air in warm air heating systems or cooled air in central air conditioning systems.  It includes a 115 VAC power cord and built-in Pressure Response Control so it can be automatically operated when the forced air system fan/blower is running.

This Duct Booster fan can be installed in less than 10 minutes and automatically operate in sequence with your furnace or air conditioner. It features a pressure control which automatically activates the fan based on the airflow created when a furnace or central air conditioner blower turns on. The fan then runs checking to see if airflow from the furnace or air conditioner blower can still be detected every few minutes. This duct booster fan turns off when this airflow is no longer detected so it runs only when there is warm or cool air to distribute. Simply insert it into the duct run and plug it in.

CFM is based on straight metal duct, 90 degree elbows are equivalent to 10 feet of straight duct, 45 degree elbows are equivalent to 5 feet of straight duct. Performance is based on 70°F standard air.
