You have up to 20 days after the ship date to initiate your return. Your items must reach us within 30 days from ship date. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. When we receive your items, we will refund your order amount less handling fees and the original shipping charges. On "Buyer's Remorse" returns of all Non-Defective or Non-Damaged Items there will be a 15% restocking fee or a minimum of $5.00 charged. We will credit your credit card for the originally invoiced amount less the restocking fee & less the shipping on the item(s). On free shipping items you will be credited less the original cost of shipping the item to you plus any other applicable charges. We will not pay for the shipping charges to return Non-Defective or Non-Damaged items. If any of the contents of the item purchased are missing (including instructions, registrations and warranty information) or not re-saleable when returned may be charged more than the above referenced 15% restocking fee or $5 minimum. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. Due to shipping considerations, we are not able to accept returns on items shipped to APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. territories. We apologize for any inconvenience. Any item returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. In addition, customers will be charged for redirect shipping costs incurred if product is not returned to the correct warehouse facility. We will honor a full refund (less shipping charges) on any products listed as having a full money back guarantee or extended return policy. The following items are not returnable: any used products not in new condition, open box & closeout products, custom orders, bedding, pillows, waterbeds, Luxury Airbeds, spas, breast pumps, personal care products, baby carriers, StorkCraft furniture, gift certificates & beds not included in our free trial period. We reserve the right to replace defective or damaged products with any necessary replacement parts rather that arrange for a pickup of the item.
