We guarantee your satisfaction!

If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange at no cost to you*.

Products that you return or exchange must be unworn. Bagsbuy does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.

Whether you are making a return or an exchange, Bagsbuy will:

Provide you a pre-paid shipping label for your order to send your return item(s) back to us.

Credit your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment to the credit card used to make your purchase.

For exchanges, charge the same credit card for the purchase total of each new item. As always, Bagsbuy will honor all promotions used toward your original purchase and will ship the new item(s) to you free of charge.

* Bagsbuy's Free Returns & Exchanges policy does not apply to orders being returned from International locations (locations outside of the United States) and APO/FPO locations, or orders placed on Shoebuy's Private Events site, events.shoebuy.com.
