Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from us. If a Brookstone/Osim branded product purchased from Brookstone does not meet your expectations, you may return it with receipt within 60 days of purchase for a refund or merchandise credit. If you do not have a receipt, or after 60 days, no refund will be given-products may only be returned for merchandise credit at current pricing. Returned products must be in new condition, be in original packaging and include all original parts.
Exceptions for special product categories:
