Made of commercial strength aluminum, this stockpot features heavy duty riveted handles, perforated aluminum basket and vented lid. This steam, boil, fry pot has an indentation that raises the basket 1 3/4 in. Above the bottom for steaming or boiling. Use the basket for deep frying chicken, fish, hushpuppies, and corn fritters; steaming or boiling seafood, clams and vegetables. Use without basket to boil soups, stews, gumbo, jambalaya, or low country boil.
