Start deep frying like a restaurant pro with the Bayou Classic 9 gallon fryer. Made from 12 gauge steel this high quality fryer is able to withstand the rigors of everyday use. The unique V-Bottom Design of the fryer keeps the temperature of the oil at the surface cooler so batter does not scorch and the oil stays cleaner longer. Fast, even cooking is acheived using a burner to blast hot air through a horizontal tubing in the oil, transferring heat into the center of the oil, instead of the bottom like more traditional fryers. Holds 9 gallons of oil.
