Exchange Policy: We stand behind the quality of all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is not 100% free from defects, you may exchange the merchandise in it's original packaging. Understandably, special orders, perishable products (soaps, candles, candy, etc.), personalized items, and products that are made to order (buy-it-now category) by HansonEllis.com can not be exchanged or refunded. Shipping cost will not be refunded from your original receipt and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Product(s) must be returned within 14 days upon receiving the merchandise for a refund/exchange. Products sent after 14 days will include a 20% restocking fee.
