Return Policy We have guaranteed your satisfaction on all of our products since 1914. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will exchange the item, or refund the merchandise amount only. All merchandise should be returned in new condition, with original packaging, accessories, parts, instructions, manuals, etc. Videos, DVD, Book and Audio products may be returned in exchange for the same title only. If you paid with a personal check or money order, we will send you a refund check. If you used a credit card, we will credit your account. When your order arrives, you will find a packing list inside the carton. Should you wish to exchange or return merchandise, please take the following steps: - Complete the form on the reverse side of the packing list and enclose it with the return merchandise.
- Help us improve our service and quality by noting the reason for your return in the section indicated on the form.
- Send the package back to us via Parcel Post (4th class) insured mail, First Class insured mail (13 oz or less) or UPS (no private mailing facilities, Priority Mail, or Express Mail) and save your receipt as record of your return. Sorry, no C.O.D. Please use one of the return labels at the bottom of the packing slip to return the merchandise to us.

Seasonal Merchandise Return Policy Sorry, we cannot accept returns for refund of Halloween costumes, masks, or decor items postmarked after October 27th or Christmas ornaments and decor items postmarked after December 25th. For seasonal items returned in new condition before these dates, a refund will be issued. For seasonal items returned in new condition after these dates, we will offer you an exchange or a merchandise credit on a future order. |
