"Worst service I have ever had. I received an item that was shipped to my home and it didn't work on arival. Went online to see what to do, they said bring it in to a best buy location. Here is where it got even worse, the girl that helped me at the customer not serviced counter. didn't care about my problem, told me just to get a different one off the floor. Needless to say they didn't have the product or even something simalar that I was looking for. The service on the floor wasn't very helpful either. After going back up to the customer no service counter I had to now wait a half hour to talk to the same girl. I asked if I could just return the product, big mistake! They had to call over a manager, who refused to perform the return and then told me I had to call their corperate office (who, by the way had already told me to come to the store). I will NEVER EVER, EVER shop at Best Buy online or in store ever again." Date: 3/14/12
