Return Policy

Cancellation Policy:

We do not cancel orders pre-shipment at this time. Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible so we have set up our system to automatically process your order as fast as possible. For that reason, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. If an error is made, we need you to accept the package and request a return authorization to return the package (if our return policy allows) for a refund.

Please be sure that you want to make the purchase before submitting the order!

Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees including a return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Please - Always provide a valid phone number so that we can contact you to schedule delivery.

Freight & Shipping Charge Policy

All items sold by UnbeatableSale.com have a set shipping charge based on items weight. Most items ordered from unbeatablesale.com are shipped via UPS. Please allow 3-8 Business days for your order to ship and for any additional transit time.

There will be a $15 Surcharge to reroute any package for any reason.

Furniture and Special delivery items may take additional processing time. If there is an unexpected delay or if any item is on back order, we will email you to let you know. Extra heavy items such as furniture will be shipped via courier, or Truck Freight and may take some extra time to arrive. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for all furniture items to ship. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments. Many of our items have FREE SHIPPING, but this policy applies only to items marked as free shipping, and being shipped to the continental United States.

Return Policy:

Unbeatablesale.com has a money back guaranty on products returned within 30 days. In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us for an RA. Once you receive an RA all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns after 30 days. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted. Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

If the items is damaged in transit or DOA an exchange will be made or refund issued.

PLEASE NOTE:

For all furniture items we will replace any parts that are damaged but the item may notbe returned if you changed your mind.

We will not accept returns on Sports related autographed Memorabilia and Collectables or on any custom made items such as any customized car mats or childrens furniture.

We will not accept returns on any Shavers, Personal Care items, Cosmetics or Intimate products that have been opened.

We will not accept returns on any Costumes purchased from Aug. 1 until Oct 30. - after October 30. Also, We will not accept any returns at all for any Wigs, Makeup, Tights or Shoes that have been worn. Please note that costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience. As part of our hassle free return policy you can return any item that doesn't meet your full satisfaction.

Delivery and Damaged Shipments

Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. If you do not call us within 7 days of receipt of the item to let us know about shipping damage, we will not be able to refund you.

Write down any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery.

If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Call our customer service department immediately at (888) 657-8436.

		"Ordered a gift basket which was supposed to have cheese, salmon, crackers, etc. Recipient got some cheap basket full of candy and Frito Chips. I was so embarrassed and looked like a cheap SOB. Do most people call their recipient and ask what was in their basket? If I hadn?t, UnbeatableSales would have gotten away with this. Their excuse? The product pictured and the description was incorrect. Their resolution since the basket was opened? They refunded the difference between the actual price of the item sent vs. what I paid out for the advertised item that wasn?t even offered at the price I paid, so what did I pay for? I looked a month later and the exact item I ordered was still being offered with the price I paid. If you order a basket and send it out of town, make sure you?re willing to call the recipient to see if they got what you ordered them and if they are willing to box it back up, stand in line at the post office, and ship it back if it?s wrong. Biedermann & Sons C1304CCR Floating Candles

More than 800 years ago the village of Schwaebisch Gmuend was founded by the Kings of Staufen who were responsible for settling this region known for its artisans specializing in the production of gold silver and brass jewelry as well as decorative ornaments. These works of art were shipped to markets in Italy and Western Europe. The tradition in metal arts survives today in this medieval walled town located near Stuttgart Germany.For generations families have engaged in ornament cutting designing their own unique decorations to give friends and relatives as gifts during the holiday season.The Biedermanns originated the creation of a single Christmas ornament commemorating each year drawing on the talent from this region. In the fall of 1970 we contacted several artisan families who among them designed and cut the first ornament which depicted the town square of Schwaebisch Gmuend.Since that first edition each year a group of artists has selected a single design from those submitted by the townspeople and the ornament to be cut for the coming season is chosen. This is now a tradition that the people of Schwaebisch Gmuend and America cherish. Designs through the years have been selected from those created by school children and adultsOur Master Cutter Georg Neumaier directs the production of the Biedermann Commemorative Ornament and is also involved in selecting the year`s winning design.The now very valuable original brass ornament was supplemented in 1984 by our first edition silver-plated ornament. Beginning in 1987 alternate years depict the story of The Twelve Days of Christmas.
