    Substitute for Cookies at Bedtime

Pros: Provides a nice base for additions of milk and cinnamon to create a pleasant drink.
Cons: Not a strong cinnamon flavor.
The Bottom Line: This is a good basic tea and works well with milk and enhanced cinnamon flavors. Substitute for oatmeal or gingerbread cookies.
