"I'd rate it lower but there are no minus numbers - no communication regarding order. Charged my card but no shipment that I'm aware of - great price on the product - but without communication nor a product - what good is a low price? "I don't often write poor reviews, but I have been very frustrated. I ordered 3 bar stools on Nov 16th, was told they would take 7-21 business days. When I called after 21 bus days, I struggled to get anyone on the phone-I either received a busy signal or a message telling me to email them. After emailing, I was told they were backed up because of the holidays. Once I did receive my order, one of the barstools was broken in 2 places. Again, trouble reaching a human on the phone- then they said I would have the replacement parts the following week, BEFORE Christmas. Xmas came and went, no replacement parts, no phone/email with an update. Now I have emailed them, because of course, I can not get thru by phone, and again am told in an auto-response that it could take 3 days for a reponse. I guess once they have your $$, service doesn't really matter much to them. Big disappointment all around-they should have prepped more cust service people, knowing they would be busy during holidays- everyone else does!" Date: 12/28/10
