Orders placed during the Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas seasons qualify for the extended 45-day return policy.
Items must be returned in their original condition including gift boxes and velvet pouches.
For exchanges, please specify the item, color, and size in detail on the return/exchange form below.
Final sale and engraved items are not returnable.
Note: Items returned after 30 days from date received may not be accepted unless authorized. If order is shipped back to you and you choose to reject that returned shipment,
BlingJewelry.com reserves the right to deny chargeback, liquidate merchandise, and charge for additional incurred shipping.
Returns that are accepted past the allowed
time will only be eligible for store credit.
FREE SHIPPING BOTH WAYS RETURN POLICY
?For your convenience, we have included a prepaid standard USPS label. The label, found on the reverse side of packing list has the delivery confirmation incorporated. If your package is over $100, please insure package at post office. If you choose not to use the enclosed label for your return/exchange, return shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you chose any shipping method other than FREE SHIPPING during checkout, shipping fee will not be refunded.
RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Due to the expenses associated with shipping, including custom and brokerage fees, it is not fiscally feasible to accept international returns. All international orders are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping to ensure that our customers receive the correct item ordered. Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be completely happy with your jewelry purchase. In the event that your package is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately so that a claim can be filed with the carrier. We will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.
