I'm not usually a high stress person but recently went through a lot of stress and frustration and had this product for my husband to take, was able to take it myself during this time and I could just feel a sense of calm and because of that I felt more centered. I also found that it goes great at night with the melatonin, magnesium and calcium.
Natural Chill Pill
I have taken this product for years and love it. For me it is a natural chill pill. Always takes the edge off and keeps me even through any stress. Nothing seems to bother me too much and everyone I have recommended this product to say the same things.

No More Tears

I have always been an emotional person. Tears come easy. I avoid certain gatherings because I don't want to be emotional. I understand this is a kind of social anxiety. I never took any prescription medications for this because it wasn't extreme. Just an easy crier. When I started having to be present in larger and larger crowds I discovered I had a real anxiety issue and a real panic attack w/short breaths, vertigo and tears, tears, tears. A friend offered this product to try and I was able to calm the shortness of breaths in 10 minutes. In another 10 minutes I was able to stop crying. This product was amazing for this intense moment but now that I am aware of it, I use it regularly. It has helped me maintain an even emotional level daily.
Bliss works well for me
I was diagnosed with PTSD, Attention Defecate Hyperactivity, and Bi-polar (rapid cycle type) and severe anxious issues since 1992. In 2006 I started taking Bliss as a trial to see if it would help me deal with life in general. I would sometimes not take it because of one reason or the other. One day I had a very serious issue with being too anxious. In a matter of 20 to 30 minutes the Bliss calmed
