If merchandise is sealed (all safety seals remain intact), your refund will be the full purchase price you paid, excluding shipping charges. If you paid for your order with a personal check or money order, we will issue you a refund check. If you paid with a credit card, we will credit that account. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. To return any item, just fill in the reverse side of the packing slip and send it along with your return. If you no longer have the packing slip, don't worry - -write all the pertinent information on a plain piece of paper. Please send your package back to us via insured and prepaid US Mail or UPS (for your protection and to insure proper delivery). Shipping fees ARE NOT refundable.
