The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to insure a full credit. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.

All sales are final for customized products and autographed collectibles. These items cannot be returned. If an error occurred in your order process or packaging, please contact a Customer Service Specialist at 1-800-624-2017.
Bats: Any opened bat must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
