Dear Customer: Below you will find return instructions: Items should be returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories with 30 days of purchase. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order to process your RMA. Physically damaged items cannot be returned and will be sent back to you at your expense. Returned Items (except over-sized boxes) should be well packed in corrugated box with proper supporting material. Please include RMA number on the outside of the corrugated box. Items sent in the original manufacturer's box and without proper packaging will be returned to you at your expense. All items are subjected to our Return Policy: Once item is received, it will be checked and tested. If item pass the test It will be treated as an unwanted return and 20% restocking fee will apply.
