Our return policy is simple. Within 20 days following the receipt of your order, you may return any products in its original condition. All driver disks (if applicable), packaging, manuals, etc. must be included with returned items for full refund. DVDs, video games and software are NOT eligible for return unless the item(s) are in its original packaging/shrink wrap. However, DVDs, video games and software may be EXCHANGED for the SAME TITLE if defective. NO EXCEPTIONS. Original shipping charges will be refunded only in the event a product(s) is deemed to be defective or if a product(s) was shipped incorrectly.
