30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns shipped within 30 days after receipt by the customer provided:
1. Item is not opened.
2. Is in the same condition that it was received with all materials
3. Is sent back with an R/A # obtained from us.
(See below for holiday extended return privilege).
Return shipping is your responsibility and we will only refund outbound shipping if your order arrived damaged, late or not as described. In such a rare situation, we would send you a postal money order for $8.50 to reimburse you for return shipping once the item arrives here. We reserve the right to make the final determination on issues arising from this policy. To return a purchase, please e-mail email@example.com or call us at 609-BEACH-77. Please provide your order number and be ready with a pen if you are calling. An RMA # will be issued and is required. Items arriving here without an RMA may be refused or returned to the sender. We generally process returns in 2-3 business days but may require a bit longer during peak periods.
*Items ordered from Nov. 15th until Dec. 15th will nonetheless be returnable (under the same conditions) until Jan. 15th.
Please note that FAA regulations require that you send any returns by ground transport method only. This means UPS or FedEx Ground Service with tracking. Complete instructions will be provided if and when you request a RMA number.
