The fish are harvested as the river flows into the mighty Gulf of Alaska in some of the most dangerous waters in the state. Hand-picked and processed directly from the boat, these salmon are noted for their deep red color, exceptionally rich flavor and countless health benefits. Special curing and smoking with northwest alder wood results in deep gloss, rich smoke flavor and firm texture.
