Grind beans for your machine or method as close to the brew time as possible. Use 1 to 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for every six ounces of water. Water temperature between 195 - 205 degrees Fahrenheit for optimal extraction. Contact time of 2-4 minutes for a press pot (18-26 seconds for espresso method). Enjoy immediately and never reheat!
