RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer one refund or exchange per order. All items must be returned or with proof of purchase such as a copy of the orignial sales receipt or packing slip invoice and must be in unused condition in their original container with all tags and labels still attached. #1 If the product is used, please don't return it to us since it'll be treated as garbage. #2 If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason you may, subject to the conditions set out below, return it to us within thirty (30) days of receipt and we will refund your purchase price for you. #3 Please mark "Return of Purchase" on the parcel and write same words in the description of contents when shipping for a faster handle of return or exchange. #4 Exchange products must be returned with the original netting and tags still attached, in the undamaged packing. Re-shipping and handling fee ($5.00) will be charged if the package has been unfolded. #5 Return or exchange freight charges are prepaid by you. Collect shipments will be refused. #6 Exchange must be equal or higher amount. If exchanged item is lower amount, the difference will be applied as store credit towards your next purchase. Difference can not be refunded. #7 Please allow up to two weeks for the exchange order to be processed. Exchange orders will be sent out by Regular Service. #8 Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. #9 All sales are final on Clearance Item(s). #10 If a manufacture's defect is found, please contact us immediately to replace your purchase. We will replace the item for the same brand, style and color at no cost. Replacements will be shipped out by Regular Service. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment of items you are returning. For your own protection you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or courier. Unless we have made an error in order processing or shipping we will not refund shipping charges. We will refund your purchase price or exchange the returned product within twenty (20) business days of receiving your returned item. Purchase of sale items are final as indicated at the time of purchase and as stated on the back of the packing slip invoice.
