1. All returns must be phoned in for a return authorization number prior to shipment to insure proper handling of your return. All return authorization numbers (RMA) are valid for 10 days only.
2. Returns are permitted within 30 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise will be accepted by us only if all conditions A, B, C, D and E below are met. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping and handling charges of merchandise being returned to us. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee even if they are returned within the ten day period!
A) All returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging (foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.) blank, unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. UPC codes cannot be removed the box. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition.
B) All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted. Units that are defective may need to go back to the manufacturer for service directly and not be shipped to our facilities.
C) All returns must include all the factory accessories which come with the item. For example, a camera must be returned with its original battery, charger, cords, straps, etc. No returns will be accepted if any of these packed accessories are missing.
D) Packages that are refused will be charged for the actual shipping cost both to and from your location unless pre authorized by our customer service department.
E) Extended service contracts/warranties are not returnable.
3. Returned merchandise which is lost or damaged in transit is not our responsibility. Please insure your return with your carrier. It is your responsibility to file claims with the carrier upon the discovery of the problem.

Orders cannot be cancelled while in transit. If you need to modify an in transit order for any of the above please contact our service department.
All of the above carry full manufacturer warranties. If not physically damaged in transit and you have a technical issue with a any of the above please contact our service department and they will be able to assist you in obtaining service.
Any of the above are only returnable if they have concealed damage that was not visible at time of delivery and will be exchanged for same exact model. Upon delivery you will be have the option to open/unpack any of the above for inspection before signing the manifest. In the event you are not available to inspect any of the above at time of delivery you have 24 hours to make any claims of concealed damage. You can contact us via phone or via email if it is after hours to file your claim.
If the merchandise is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the delivery and note the manifest as such. Contact our service department and an immediate replacement order will be prepared for you.
If you are refusing the delivery of any of the above and it is not damaged, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges for the delivery both ways.
