Returns & Exchanges
To exchange or return your purchase, complete the back of the packing slip in your order & return it with the merchandise within 90 days. Returns will be given credit for the full purchase price of the merchandise only. Please inspect your order promptly & notify us of any damage, defects or missing items within 7 business days. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping & handling charges or return postage. If you wish to exchange an item, shipping & handling fees will be collected for both the original & replacement order. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee & are eligible for merchandise credit only. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned for refund, exchange or modification unless defective.
