You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or our error. Yarn and Fiber We will make every attempt to match dye lots on Yarn and Fiber orders. Occasionally, this is not possible and we cannot guarantee matched dye lots on all orders. If you require exact dye lots, please note this in special instructions during the order process and we will contact you prior to shipment if we cannot fullfill your request. All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item.
