Our premium-grade whole apricots are grown in Australia's lush Barossa Valley, where the climate and soil yield some of the world's sweetest, most flavorful apricots. They're picked and pitted at the peak of ripeness, then simmered for three days in a simple syrup to preserve their sweetness and give them a beautiful gloss.
