You may order just about anything (excluding Books CD's VHS & DVD's), inspect the equipment and if you are not fully satisfied, just return it for a full refund less S/H charges (provided it has not been used). No restocking fee and no questions asked.
Items returned within 60 days of date of invoice, will get full credit on your credit card.
Items returned between 60-120 days of date of invoice, will get a full store credit.

To complete the R.M.A. Form, you must call us during customer service hours, at: 800 637-6880 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number, once you got the number, follow the instructions & complete the form.
Enclose the R.M.A. Form and a copy of the invoice along with the merchandise, repackaged securely in an corrugated box or in any other appropriate packaging, and send it prepaid and insured via UPS or insured mail to this address: LP Order Processing, 7 Slater Drive, Elizabeth, NJ 07206.
No packages will be accepted without an R.M.A. number on the outside of the box.
All merchandise must be in mint condition and in the original manufacturer's labeled packaging, enclosed within a shipping carton and must include all packaging materials and blank warranty cards. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
