Within 30 days of receiving a shipment from True Value filled by H&B*, you may return any un-opened/un-used products for a full refund, less shipping and handling. A copy of the original packing slip and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must accompany all returns.
A refund will be issued only to the original credit card.
Items purchased on True Value filled by H&B cannot be returned to True Value stores (including True Value, Grand Rental Station, Taylor Rental, Induserve Supply, Home and Garden Showplace, Party Central or any other retail store location.)
Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise.
Return Instructions
Use the original packaging or a strong corrugated box. Pack and tape your package securely. Follow the instructions in your RMA email to ship the package back to us.
Snowblowers and Power Tools
All snowblowers and power tools carry manufacturer's warranty. They can only be exchanged for the same unit, provided that they have not been used.
Damaged Items and Missing Items
Please report damaged or missing items within 2 days of delivery by calling toll free 1-877-880-8877.
Items That Use Hazardous Materials
Used items that require flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned because they create a safety hazard. For example, if you filled your lawn mower with gasoline, it cannot be returned via UPS/Fed Ex or mail even if you drain the tank prior to shipping.
