If your HE washer has a maintenance cycle, follow the manufacturer's recommendations. If you HE washer doesn't have a maintenance cycle, you may perform this function manually: 1. Select the hot water setting. (If there is no hot water setting, then select "white" or "stain" cycle setting.) 2. Select the "extra rinse" option if offered. 3. Add this product to the bleach dispenser. Fill to the maximum level. 4. Run the cycle through completion to ensure no bleach remains in the washer. 5. If the HE washer does not have a second rinse option, manually select an additional rinse cycle to ensure no bleach remains in the washer.

To do so will release hazardous gases. Prolonged contact with metal may cause pitting or discoloration. Storage and Disposal: Store cleaner in a cool, dry place. Offer empty container for recycling or discard empty container in trash. *Environmental Commitment: Surfactants in this product are biodegradable. The bleach in this product rapidly breaks down almost entirely to salt water. Product is safe for septic and wastewater treatment systems. Contains sodium hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide, surfactants and silicate. Contains no phosphorus.
