How to Buy Long Skirts for Any OccasionAlthough long skirts are often the choice for the shy sort, these can actually be the most playful and flirty style of all. Usually these are also flare skirts which twist and flutter with the slightest movement, but even straight long skirts give a nod to the old-fashioned idea that when less is shown in the first place, the bit of ankle or calf which peeks from beneath the hem can suggest quite a bit more.
