Most items may be returned within 30 days as long as items are returned in the same mint condition and in the original packaging as received. For some items however, sales are final. (If returns will not be accepted, this will be indicated in the respective product description. For those items where sales are final, returns will be accepted for defective or damaged products only.)

If you do not wish to keep the item you purchased you must email or call us within 30 days to obtain an RA (return authorization) number. Once we issue an RA number, it will be valid for 10 business days only. All returns without any RA number may be refused and returned to sender.

When returning a package, you must make the return to the address we specify at your shipping expense. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. You will be refunded the purchase price less 15% of your cost of the item(s), less the cost of shipping and handling. If you return merchandise for a refund that qualified you for free shipping, you will be charged JoeBrands' shipping and handling costs of the original shipment.

For your protection, please provide us with the tracking number of your package. Otherwise, if the package is lost in transit, we will be unable to track the package and unable to issue a credit.
