A heartbroken young woman abandons her family after a tragic accident. She does a disappearing act in circumstances in which she is presumed dead and flies off to a distant land in search of herself. There, the Universe "speaks" to her through a host of new experiences and encounters and helps her to break away from the mental suffering experienced through an early, almost loveless marriage and the drudgery of domestic life.
