Unauthorized returns will be refused at shippers expense. For items not damaged or defective, exchanges may be made within 7 days of purchase. Items must unused and undamaged in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse items if we feel they have been used. In store credit or gift certificate will be issued minus initial shipping costs. No cash refunds will be given. You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any items.
