Product Info
Cookshack Smokette Electric Smoker The Smokette II produces smoked foods by the application of heat and wood smoke to meat, poultry, fish and seafood, vegetables, etc. Food cooks at a low temperature under static conditions. There are no drying drafts of air moving through the smoker. Product is tender, moist, and has little shrink. Heat is supplied by a thermostatically-controlled 500 watt heating element. Temperature range is from 100 degrees (F) to 250 degrees (F). Smoke is created as wood smolders in its electrically heated wood box. A 4 oz. log smokes 15 lbs. of product. Other features include: black cabinet, stainless steel interior, 22 lbs. capacity, UL listed.
