Order Cancellation Orders may only be cancelled before they're fully processed, with approval from a Customer Service Representative. If you have a cancellation request, please call us at 888-322-4250. We'll issue a complete refund on orders cancelled before final processing. If you haven't confirmed your cancellation with us or received an RMA number, we reserve the right to refuse returned shipments.
Order Returns/Exchanges 1. If you're not completely satisfied with a product you've ordered, we'll be happy to consider a return within 30 days of the order date. RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, call Customer Service at (888) 322-4250. We'll ask the reason for your return/exchange, and the condition of the items you'd like to send back. If your exchange or return appears to be within our guidelines, we'll issue an RMA number, which must appear on the label of the box you ship back. You must ship returns or exchanges back to us within 30 days of the order date. Please note: issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee acceptance of your return/exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse any shipments without a clearly indicated RMA number. We do not accept postage-due items.
Credits / Refunds Refunds or credits will not be issued for merchandise returned without an RMA number, or returned after 30 days of order date. Misrepresentation of the condition of items returned will result in immediate refusal of your return. For a full credit or refund, an item must be returned in "new condition"*. If unauthorized items are returned to us, no credit or refund will be given. Only products purchased directly from AtomicPark.com will be considered for return. If you're eligible for a full credit or refund, we will issue a credit to the MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover account used in the original transaction. If you submitted payment by check, money order, or wire transfer, you'll receive a refund check by mail. Items that were shipped by us at no cost may be assessed a $5.00 return fee.
We may consider returns/exchanges for items that are not in new condition, but will assess a service fee of $5.00 or 5% of the item price (whichever is greater), in addition to any applicable return fees. Any returned items with a broken or tampered seal will only be eligible for an in-store credit. (Some products may NOT be returned if opened. See "Tampered/Open Products" in exclusions below.) * "New condition" refers to items that are unopened, and must be received by AtomicPark.com in the same condition in which they were shipped, with all accessories, packing materials, disks, registration key codes, cards, manuals and other materials included. We reserve the right to refuse any returns/exchanges on items that are not in "new condition" as defined above.
Exclusions
1. Registered Products We will not accept returns for products that have already been registered by the customer. The registration procedure binds the customer to that product and invalidates the item for resale.
2. Non-Resalable Condition We will not accept returns on items that are not in saleable condition (deformed boxes, missing instruction booklets, damaged disks, etc).
3. Tampered/Opened Products We will not accept returns on any Crystal Reports, Symantec, Intuit TurboTax, Borland Jbuilder, Microsoft Money, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows XP products, Intuit QuickBooks, or AutoDesk AutoCad products if the seal has been broken or tampered with.
4. Time Sensitive Products We will not accept returns/exchanges for older version software once the manufacturer has released a newer version. Many manufacturers offer free upgrade programs and we will help you work with manufacturers to receive such upgrades.
5. Seasonal Products We will not accept any returns/exchanges on seasonal items (such as tax preparation programs). This includes TurboTax, Quicken and Microsoft Money.
6. Manufacturer's Guarantees Many manufacturers have their own satisfaction guarantees, including Intuit, Symantec and Peachtree. In these cases, we'll work with you to determine the best way to return/exchange a product. 7
