Here's a fast way to install jewelry box hinges that requires no screws. Rather than cutting hinge mortises, pre-boring for screws, then screwing the hinges on, just cut a kerf with your drill press and push a kerf hinge into the slot. The barbs on the hinge leaves dig in for a firm grip. With a unique design of 12 teeth per blade, these blades cut much faster than similar models and expel chips very efficiently. Unlike similar systems, our Kerf Hinge Blades come in two thicknesses.
